When you purchase TCMS license you receive support and upgrades for the duration
of your licence. You can contact us for technical or end user support by fax
and email. Phone support is initiated by us if required.
Our staff promptly responds to support calls from fax or email and where appropriate
we will call you to ensure a resolution to your issue.
Installation & Set up
Our software has a “click” installation process. It is fast and
reliable. If you do have a problem, we know exactly what to do, so contact us
without hesitation.
User and System option setup is menu accessed. Documentation is provided on
your first start up to easily guide you through this process. Additionally,
we provide you with access to our Flash demonstration movie showing you an actual
setup should you wish to use this option.
If you have been using an alternate software package for managing your clients
and would like to import the data into TCMS, please contact us for a quote.
